Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the shipment date.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return.

• We do not offer prepaid return shipping at this time.

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges within 14 days of the shipment date.

• The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the original item and place a new order.

Damages and Issues

• Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

• We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

• Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

• If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

• We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return to confirm approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
